Review submitted complaints, update investigation status, and record a client-visible resolution. Confidential notes are saved securely but cannot yet be retrieved in this version.

Management only. Complete records are retained for six months after a recorded closure date, subject to retention holds. Automatic deletion is NOT enabled. Missing dates are not scheduled for deletion.

Manage client organisations, venue access, approved assignment instructions, risk assessments, booking requests, timesheet authorisations and complaints here once client permissions and database tables are installed.

Add employee

Management-only account invitation. An invitation email will be sent to the employee. The employee chooses their own password.

Warnings starting 5 calendar months before expiry, with further alerts at 60, 30, 14 and 7 days, plus expired or missing dates. Based on employee-entered expiry dates; verify licence status separately with the SIA.

Protected staff profiles, visible to management only.

Review employee uploads, record a decision and explain rejections. Approving a document does not itself complete legal right-to-work or SIA licence checks.

Tracks available profile and acknowledgement information. Uploaded documents and right-to-work checks require management verification before an employee can be cleared for work.

Publish a toolbox talk

Published talks are assigned to all employees. To revise a talk, publish a new version as a separate record.
